How can i help jealousy?

I'm jealous of everyone! Like no joke I know this is stupid and sinful but I can't help it. Like my boyfrineds friends I get jealous of them cause they hang out with him. I get jealous of my bestfriend... of the ugliest person at school. Ridiculous right? Help me out
