Making a Demand Draft at a different location?

I have an account in Punjab National Bank at branch X and I want to make a DD at branch Y, where both are located at different city. What are the different options? I don't have a check book and the limit of ATM withdrawal is 25,000 INR. I have my passbook with me. What should I do if I have to make a DD of more than 50000 INR?
