How do i get Modeling Jobs?! And how do i make a portfolio?

I just got my composite cards today and the person looking for jobs for me said i can look jobs for myself if i want to. I need to know how to get modeling jobs ? whats a website i can use to get callings or listings of people that needs models or actors. I also need to know how to make a portfolio i know wix.com helps but i hate the website. It sucks. Is there any other website i can look up for porfolio's? or do u make portfolios in a big binder notebook?
