How do I make my own Website free?

Alright i seen people use programs such as Adobe Dreamweaver but i suddenly give up on it (Rather hard or Complected) i want to make a website using .com .net or .tk , And NO I don't want to pay for the website, i want to make it free,..... Any Suggests or How? I have already searched on Google but they gave me **** websites like Yola.com Wix.com and all them.
