Is living living together with your girlfriend sinful?

I don't live with any girlfriend nor do I intend too. I am just asking so I know. Educational purposes. Now, do not judge. I am not talking about having sex. I am referring to a boy friend and girlfriend who are adults and live together and do not have sex. Is that sinful?
