Is there a place where I can host a website called addyourad.com, for free?

is there some place where I can make a website and host it on the www for free? I don't want it to be one of those youradress.something.com (ex. inagirlslife.wordpress.com or love.wix.com) just youradress.com. No strings attached, and FREE!! thank you!
