Nailpolish; Sinful Colors brand?

I have a bottle of the"Savage" Sinful Colors polish. I'm not sure if I wanna wear it though; when I put it on I always end up taking it off because I'm not sure if it looks good. I have pale skin and brown hair, the nail polish is going to be on my toes and beings it's summer I'll either be wearing brown flip-flops or chocolate brown wedges. I just wanted some opinions on if the color would look good or not
