What are some new good songs out?

Well, personally I like Glee's cover of Blackbird and Landslide. I also like Jar of Hearts by Christina Perri. I don't know if you'd have this but maybe Not Like the Movies or Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F) by Katy Perry.
