Which free sites have the best options and layouts.?

I need a site that has some pretty decent layouts. I like wix options but when it comes to upgrading and adding my domain they want you to pay way too much. I aint balling like that. I am also looking for one that once I upgrade maybe they will allow me to add a membership feature where I can make certain pages passworded or people have to pay to get a password. Please no hate responses or spam..I am just wondering if there is any good ones out there on the free sites..
